, a probiotic food supplement in powder form, has 7 Probiotic strains: Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Bifidobacterium lactis, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, and Lactococcus lactis.
