Production and Quality Assurance
Pascuallab’s manufacturing facilities have come a long way from the single-room laboratory originally occupied in 1946 in Balut, Tondo. The company is currently located on a four-hectare property in Balagtas, Bulacan. The manufacturing plant has a covered production and warehousing area of approximately 15,000 square meters, with state-of-the-art production and quality assurance facilities.
Only the strictest quality standards are applied to Pascuallab products. The company has a Quality Assurance Group composed of 24 licensed chemists and pharmacists to constantly monitor all manufacturing procedures and processes, from raw material acquisition to the final packaging and customer delivery.
Research and Development
In the company’s continuing efforts to develop new products to serve patient needs better, Pascuallab's Research and Development is principally focused on two areas: (1) dosage formulations of off-patent pharmaceutical molecules; (2) identification and analysis of the biologically active components of indigenous herbal medicines.
Moreover, Pascuallab’s R&D Department also continues to develop better standards for quality control specifications, and to improve methods & procedures for product manufacturing, while guaranteeing full compliance with regulatory requirements.
